The goal is to get Exchange setup as Outlook Anywhere, and then leave it alone, but I dare not go there until this is resolved! I'm in a bit of a crunch here. I am really starting to hate Exchange 2007! Client implemented this, and I had to learn as I went. Network cards that lose packets and hard drives that have bad sectors are highly likely to cause database. The most common hardware issues that can affect database integrity relate to Networking equipment and Hard drives. I cannot add remote users connected via VPN, as just attempting to add the exchange server and check the name upon Outlook setup gives us the same "The bookmark is not valid" error. There are a great number of issues that can lead to database corruption. I connect local client machines with Outlook 2007 to the Exchange server, and trying to pull up the Global Address List I get "The bookmark is not valid" error, and cannot save any data to the Exchange email (contacts, calendar items, etc). Exchange 2007 sp1 on a Windows server 2008 box, which is also the DC, and hosting the Global Catalog Since it’s likely that you will not be able to access key settings via the dashboard, you’ll need to use File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or phpMyAdmin to resolve this issue.
